TERMS and CONDITIONS
- Any fees incurred when booking a quote upon acceptance will be automatically credited to your contract price
- Upon Acceptance 10% deposit paid is non- refundable this covers administration costs and time of our staff
- All goods remain the property of Black Label Joinery PTY LTD until account is paid in full. This is a payment claim made under the Building and Construction Industry Security Payments acts 1999 (NSW)
- Any cancellations made to items in contract will void contract immediately and all outstanding amounts will be due and payable
- Any changes made to works after initial acceptance is made will incur extra costs
- Any damage found caused by pests or water damage will be at extra costs to customer
- Any asbestos found will be at extra costs to the customer
- Any cancellations after the acceptance will have deductions made to the amount refunded for items as materials, trades time, freight etc.
- Any custom items which are made to fit customers house will need to be paid for in full and accepted by the customer
- 'Change of mind' once materials are installed due to not liking the item will be at additional cost to customer
- Any changes after selections form is signed will incur administration fees and costs from supplier to change
- Black Label Joinery will not warrant structural damage caused by Black Soil Erosion
